Carrier Selection: We work with a network of carriers and will select a carrier based on your requirements. However, we do not guarantee the performance or availability of any specific carrier.
Rates and Charges: Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for services not specified in the initial agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Invoicing: We will invoice you for our services according to the agreed-upon rates and payment terms.
Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 30 to 60 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest and additional fees as outlined in the invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTP Freight LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.
