As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Freight Brokerage Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and drive revenue.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication & negotiation skills—you know how to close deals!
Self-motivated & goal-oriented mindset—you take initiative and own your success.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & generate leads to build a pipeline of shippers needing freight solutions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to ensure competitive pricing.

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless load execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Track market trends to identify opportunities for new business.

  • Utilize CRM and sales tracking tools to manage leads and opportunities.
